As a guide, the following points should be noted:

• Business Tours Scotland Ltd requires a non-refundable deposit of one-third (1/3rd) of the total price quoted, including 3rd party deposits where applicable, on acceptance of the proposed itinerary and exchange of contract. 
  
  
• The second one-third payment is due 4 weeks prior to the beginning of the tour. 
  
  
• The final one-third payment is due on the group’s arrival in Scotland.
